Matthew J. Walker

Matthew J. Walker Matt Walker joined Fischer, Evans & Robbins, Ltd. in August of 2009 as an associate. Matt is a native of North Canton, Ohio, and attended Jackson High School until his junior year when he moved to a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Matt's law practice focuses primarily in various areas of civil defense litigation including insurance defense and personal injury.

Matt attended The Pennsylvania State University for his undergraduate studies earning a B.A. in Political Science. Immediately after graduation, Matt began law school at The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. During law school, Matt served as an editor on the Penn State Environmental Law Review and his law review comment was chosen for publication. In his final year, Matt was selected to the editorial board as a comments editor. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2008. Matt became a licensed title insurance agent in the State of Ohio in 2009.

Matt loves to golf and is an avid reader. Matt resides in North Canton with his wife Megan and their daughter Hope. In their spare time, Matt and his wife enjoy spending time with family, friends, and finding creative ways to exercise their dog. Matt is a devout Penn State football fan and, despite annual disappointment, he and his wife remain die hard fans of the Cleveland Browns, Indians, and Cavaliers.
