Mario Russica

     Mario Russica joined Fischer, Evans and Robbins, Ltd. in June of 2010. Mario’s law practice focuses primarily in various areas of civil defense litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, transportation law and appellate work.

 

 He is a member of various professional bar associations, including the Ohio State Bar Association, Stark County Bar Association and Medina County Bar Association.

 

 In addition to being admitted to the Ohio Bar, Mario is also admitted to the Florida Bar and to the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. Mario also serves as a judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. He originally enlisted in the Marine Corps after graduating from high school in 1988, and has continued to serve since. Most recently, Major Russica was mobilized in January of 2009 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, serving as a prosecutor for Marine Corps Forces Central Command until June of 2010. He currently serves as the Peacetime/Wartime Support Team OIC for Third Battalion, Twenty-Fifth Marine Regiment.

 

 Mario received his B.A. degree in Criminal Justice from Baldwin-Wallace College in 1994, and J.D. from Cleveland State University in 1997. He and his wife, Karen, reside in Medina, Ohio with their three children, Samuel, Gabriel and Mia.
